Product
Description
Are you a “Big Green Iron” Fan?” I certainly am, and have been since the mid 60’s!!!....Terex 82-50 Bulldozer. The first machine to wear the markings “82-50” appeared in 1967, and was an experimental version of Euclid’s existing model 82-40 track-type tractor. Work on what was to become the Terex 82-50 began in earnest in 1971 when GM engineers fitted a Detroit Diesel 12V-71T rated at 415 gross hp into the frame of an upgraded 82-40EA chassis. Introduced in 1973, weighing in at about 45 tons, the 82-50 would eventually replace the 82-80 as the largest heavy crawler in the Terex product line.
Features:
- Fully movable tracks
- Fully functional blade, capable of holding both raised and lowered positions
- Authentic Euclid replica decals applied, and sealed with gloss clear coat throughout
