Shipping policy

Shipping to Contiguous US.

In most cases, your order will be shipped within 3 days of receipt of your order, unless availability is otherwise noted. Shipping costs will be added to your order, and shipping will be quoted using the best pricing and service quality available. Shipping services will include tracking and insurance. We will reply to each order with exact shipping costs to your location.

1. All items listed are subject to availability at the time your order is received. All orders are filled on a first come - first serve basis. 
2. Items ordered that are out-of-stock or sold out will not be charged to your credit card. If payment is by money order or certified check, you will receive a refund check with your order. 
3. We ship most orders UPS Ground Service.
4. Sorry, we do not take C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) orders. 
5. All claims, if any, must be reported within ten business days from the time you receive your order. Returns are not accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be in the original, un-damaged packaging.
6. Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective returns or shipments not accepted by the customer. 
7. All payments must be in U.S. funds - PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

 

International Shipments.

1. All prices are United States Dollars.
2. Customs charges or duties may be added by your country (check with your local officials for more information) and are to be paid for by the Buyer.
3. Shipping is by UPS Worldwide Express (discounted rate) or Postal Service as determined by our shipping department. 
4. All shipping charges are Non-Refundable once an order is in transit.
